High-performance from insulation to verification

The Southampton Village, New York project combines multiple insulation systems with comprehensive energy-performance verification. The building envelope features open-cell spray foam throughout the sealed attic assembly and garage ceiling, Owens Corning R-21 kraft-faced fiberglass in the exterior walls, and high-density closed-cell spray foam along the basement foundation walls.

Energy-performance services included a HERS Rating, ACCA Manual J, D & S design, blower door testing, and mechanical ventilation testing—bringing the building envelope, energy modeling, and final field verification together as one complete high-performance system.
